Return, Refund, Exchange and Shipping Policy
Chabili strive to provide high-quality products, safe shipping and ensure full customer satisfaction. However, if Customer receive any defective or damaged product from chabili , he/she can choose to return the product. Customers are advised to review our return and refund policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
· Only products which has any manufacturing defect or damaged on our part are eligible for return, exchange or refund.
· The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached and along with the invoice, and in the same condition as when Customer received it. Make an unboxing video before opening the package of product.
· Returns must be placed within 24 hours of the delivery date by the customer.
If the delivered item found damaged or has any manufacturing defects, then please then write to us support@chabili.in within 24 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video and photographs of damaged/defective part of product.
· Non-Returnable, Non-Exchange Items: Some items are non-returnable and Non-exchangable including:
o Not having any manufacturing defect or damaged on part of chabili.
o Customized or made-to-order items
o Items marked as “Sale” or “Clearance”
o Intimate apparel, including blouses, petticoats, and similar items
o Gift Items, Coupon items, jewellery items or home décor items
o Free/Additional items with base/fixed purchase
Process of Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at support@chabili.in with your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return along with unboxing video and supporting photos of damaged part of product.
- After approval, we will provide you with return instructions/confirmation mail, including the return address.
· Customers should not return the product before receiving a confirmation mail from Chabili.in about the same.
Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage or an error on our part.
- Shipping Carrier: Please use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
- International Returns: Chabili do not currently accept any returns, refund or exchange of our products, In case of international orders.
Refunds
Refunds are processed for eligible returns only, once the item is received, inspected and found in good condition. Any product purchased under any offer, sale, Gift, coupon or from Non-Returnable category is not refundable/returnable.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15 working days. In the case of COD payment mode, you are required to provide your bank account details through e-mail for further verification and initiating the refund Process.
- Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. In cases of return shipping fees, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly.
Exchanges
Exchange of products is not possible which purchased from our website unless purchased product has any manufacturing defect or damaged on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund, including any shipping charges, for defective items. Unboxing video and photos will be mandatorily required to process the request.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@chabili.in. Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, our regular return process will apply.

- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times may range as
- Domestic Orders: 7-8 working days
- International Orders: 15-18 Working days

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you can track your shipment on the courier’s website using the tracking number provided. If you do not receive tracking details, please contact us at support@chabili.in
Delivery Issues
- Delayed Delivery: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or unforeseen events.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact us. We will assist in investigating the issue with the Logistic Service provider / courier company. However, we are not liable for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
- Wrong Address: Please ensure that the shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Order Changes and Cancellations
- Order Changes: If you need to update your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed, changes may not be possible.
- Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before they are processed for shipment.

Domestic shipping within India Free. International shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the order value weight and dimensions.
